?? Proud to share that this past weekend, ALPAKA teamed up with Surfrider Foundation for an incredible beach cleanup at Santa Monica’s Tower 28! Nearly 200 volunteers joined us bright and early, rolling up their sleeves to help restore one of Southern California’s most beloved coastlines. Together, we removed 206 pounds of trash and collected over 1098 cigarette butts, 34 plastic bottles, and countless microplastics that would have eventually made their way into our oceans. At ALPAKA, we believe that the products we create for adventurers and travelers should contribute to preserving the natural environments we all cherish. This cleanup wasn’t just about removing trash—it was about bringing our community together to take meaningful action for our planet. Huge thanks to: ??
